Stoplists

Email addresses and phone numbers that have asked Apptoto to stop sending them messages — populated by STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE replies.

Stoplists are automatically maintained by Apptoto and contain phone numbers and email addresses of contacts who have asked to stop receiving messages.

Contacts add themselves to the stoplist by:

  • Replying STOP, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to Text (SMS) messages
  • Replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to Email messages.
  • Dialing “9” while listening to a Voice message.

Stoplists list email address and phone numbers of clients who've opted out of appointment messaging

A list of your participants who have been added to your Stoplists can be found in the Messaging > Consent tab, in the Stoplists section.
