When a client responds to an appointment reminder, the options are to confirm, cancel, or request a reschedule.
Note: These can be edited if you do not want all three to be displayed in your reminder messages or appointment pages.
Notifications when Clients Cancel, Reschedule, or Confirm
You can decide if you want to be notified of all of the responses or only specific ones.
To do so, navigate to Settings > Notifications tab in Apptoto.

In the above screenshot, there are several options for where to send the notifications, including the user, calendar owner, calendar admin, or you can enter another email address in the text box provided.
User: The user is the email that the account is under. It is the email specified under the Settings > Account & Billing > Username.
Calendar Owner: The email of the calendar owner if it differs from the user.
Calendar Admin: The email of the calendar admin if it differs from the user/calendar owner.
Additional Email: Anyone else you’d like to receive notifications if/when a client responds.
Notifications when Message Fails to Send
Apptoto recently added a new notification to our Email Notifications. You can now tell Apptoto to alert you when an email message fails to send to a client.
To enable this notification, navigate to Settings > Notifications > Email and scroll down to the “When Message” section. Enable “Fails to Send.”
Moving forward, you’ll receive an alert if a message fails to send to a client so you can take quick action to determine what caused the issue and resend.

Setting Calendar Owner and Admin
Both the calendar owner and the calendar admin are set by first navigating to the Settings tab, and the Calendars tab. From there, click on the cog to the right of a calendar and you are able to edit the information there. Here is a screenshot:
