When a client responds to an appointment reminder, the options the are given are to confirm, cancel or request a reschedule.
Note: These can be edited if you do not want all three to be displayed in your reminder messages or appointment pages.
Client Confirmations / Cancellations / Reschedule Request Notifications
You can decide if you want to be notified of all of the responses or only specific ones.
To do so, navigate to Settings > Notifications tab in Apptoto.
In the above screenshot, there are several options as to where to send the notifications and those are to send to the user, calendar owner, calendar admin or you have the ability to enter another email address in the text box provided.
User: The user is the email that the account is under. It is the email specified under the Settings > Account & Billing > Username.
Calendar Owner: The email of the calendar owner if it differs from the user.
Calendar Admin: The email of the calendar admin if it differs from the user/calendar owner.
Additional Email: Anyone else you’d like to receive notifications if/when a client responds.
Setting Calendar Owner and Admin
Both the calendar owner and the calendar admin are set by first navigating to the Settings tab, and the Calendars tab. From there, click on the cog to the right of a calendar and you are able to edit the information there. Here is a screenshot:
