Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab lists every contact in your linked address books and lets you search across them.

The Contacts tab is where you find, view, edit, and add contacts. Each contact belongs to an address book — you can scope the list to a single address book using the dropdown next to the search box, or leave it on “All address books” to search everything at once.

Type a name, email, or phone number into the search box at the top of the tab to find matching contacts. For more advanced searches — filtering by a specific field, comparing dates and numbers, or combining conditions — see Contact Search Syntax.

By default, contacts with no name are hidden from the list (they’re usually one-off records created by an automation). Flip the Include Nameless toggle on if you want to see them.
