Calendars and users
Plans start at 3 users and calendars, and step up with whichever you need more of.
Count every calendar you connect, across your whole team. One person can connect several, so 3 calendars from one person and 2 from another is 5 in total.

Standard calendars (Google, Office365, Outlook, iCloud, CalDAV, ICS, CSV, Zapier, Clio, Redtail) come with every plan. Check every integration you use; your plan is set by the most advanced one.
Your messages
How you reach clients each month. Calls, texts, and emails all count.
Per appointment
Each message (a reminder, confirmation, or follow-up) can be a text up to 300 characters, a 2-minute call, or an email. Every additional 300 characters of a text counts as an additional message.
Automatic messages sent when an appointment is booked, so your client knows it went through. A client replying to confirm a reminder is free and does not count here.
