Apptoto has the ability to confirm if a phone number is a landline or mobile phone and then send text messages or phone calls based on type.
Automatic reminder messages
Automate appointment reminder messages and confirmation requests. Typically these are sent within 3 days of the scheduled appointment. Customize content and timing of these reminder messages.
Automatic initial/booking messages
When a client books an appointment online (or when you add an appointment to your calendar), you can trigger custom messages to send automatically to the client.
Reserve your own Apptoto phone number in your own Area Code for sending and receiving appointment messages.
Each message can be configured to only be sent if certain conditions are met. For example you can create a rule that sends a specific message to an appointment with the word “initial consultation” in the title.
Create multiple “Message Templates” that are language-specific. Then you can create rules that send the appropriate template to your clients that prefer a different language.
Attachments & MMS
Send file attachments along with your automated SMS and Email reminders, follow-ups, auto replies, and message blasts to clients. Receive file attachments in your two-way conversations.
Virtual Meeting messaging
